We re-engineer vehicles so that the repair and refinishing processes are never compromised during the stages of repair and we use only new/genuine parts unless it is impractical to do so.

 

AutoRobot chassis straighten systems are used to ensure correct alignment and to ensure the structural integrity is maintained.

 

Standox paint technology and products are used on all car repairs painted in our temperature controlled spray booths. Colors are matched and formulated using our computerised color spectrometer system with our team of expert paint technicians adding the final adjustments ensuring a first class finish with an outstanding gloss level every time.

Trucks

 

We cater for all clients from a single truck owner to the largest of fleet operators, using the same principles of repair for a car as for trucks, buses and vans. Our state of the art, newly installed Josam aligning system, capable of exerting up to 80 tonnes of pressure coupled with our EzCalipre computerised measuring system is more than enough to ensure any chassis repairs are completed to exacting specifications.

 

 

Roof and body repairs to fabricated bodies are a specialty. Dupont is our supplier of choice for all commercial spray painting, giving a quality of finish to equal the best in any OEM truck finishing. All repairs are guaranteed ensuring “duty of care” and “chain of responsibility” criteria are met for all repaired areas, giving peace of mind to all heavy vehicle operators.
